Coach Leah collection

I guess it’s Coach’s version of resort. The Leah collection is sherbert colors, a little metallic and a lot of logos. Coach seemed to take a departure from their logos for the holiday season and with the economy in the gutter, many women who often go for the discreet luxury of Miu Miu or Tod’s opted for a more wallet-friendly option in Coach. There are still a few quite pieces, but most have so many C’s, you feel dizzy just staring at them. Proceed with caution!

Coach Amanda collection

Just in time for the holidays, Coach has launched the Amanda collection. Handbags, wristlets, and pouches in delicious jewel tones that amp up the standard LBD with just the switch of a purse. Yes, the bags are satin, so we aren’t sure how they’ll hold up, but you can guarantee they’ll catch some attention thanks to the gold trim and candy colors like hot pink, lime and grape. Juicy!

coach legacy signature satchel

Is definitely THE Coach bag of the year 2007 (chosen upon the merits of my Coach devotion and knowledge): Legacy Signature Satchel (preferrably the 2nd version of this style). This bag has it all (Classic Signature, famed new Legacy, its black and brown/tan people!, and this Fall’s rendition on the style has the added bonus of side buckles, which is my personal favorite touch to a purse) and then some (unfortunately it’s heavy). But there’s another bonus, the dogleash clip on the front does not flap over the closure, so it’s a bit more practical than last year. It’s the ultimate, this year (and the entire year!), for the biggest COACH fans (so be sure she doesn’t already have one, ha).

Coach Finally Does Their Take on an Affordable Birkin

With a flap fastened by their signature turn-lock, no key required or present, this bag is undeniably Coach-style, yet unmistakenly Hermès-inspired.

                               The Hamptons Leather Flap Tote
                            (in Coach’s oft-literal naming style.)

I would totally buy one of these, but only if/when…

I make more money again… paying rent + utilities now and times are tougher..
They shorten the handles a bit.
They do some punchier colors. Red or blue? Something still neutral and wearable.
Still I think this goes in the positive ranking for Coach.

Coach Legacy Pieced Leather Hobo

Whether you’re a fan of the All-American brand Coach, or not, you can’t deny your curiosity towards seeing their latest designs each season. I always look forward to seeing their nice (and not-so-nice) pieces. For the past couple of years, I’ve seen drastic changes done to their brand, basically it seems like most of their goods are less classic in design followed by outrageously expensive price tags. Take a look at one of the many newbie’s by Coach; the Legacy Pieced Leather Flap Hobo is its name. I’ve never been crazy over the brands infamous patchwork bags, and this hobo leaves no exceptions. I’m bothered by the collaboration of suede, leather, haircalf, nubuck, and soft-pebbled leather patches, it just doesn’t appeal to my likings. The only details found on this piece that I’m fond of would be the hobo’s design and that nice shoulder strap, other than that, this bag is way to medieval-themed for my taste. Stiff, heavy, and trendy is what I imagine this Coach bag to be and the outrageously overpriced MSRP of $1,200 is enough to make me turn away with no doubts. A classic leather Coach bag sporting a rich hue is a yes in my book… while this bag is definitely a nay!

Coach Legacy Top Handle Bag

Have you gals seen the latest products Coach has to offer? I’ve always found interest in the brands infamous Legacy line, especially in their leather goods. Chunky brass hardware and thick leathers have always been Coach details that I admire, which leaves no secret to why I truly dig the Legacy Top Handle bag. I’m not a typical Coach fanatic and I tend to browse their latest products out of curiosity in finding a stunning item, such as this bag. The giant flap top, the turn lock, and the versatile bronze hue are great! I love how much detail Coach applied to this bag, yet it’s not too hectic. Although this bag does seem pretty heavy and might cause pain or bruising to the crook of your arm, don’t give up just yet, a handy detachable shoulder strap can be found on this piece for your health convenience! This bag is really convincing, but what’s keeping me from buying it? It’s the retail price tag, as I’m definitely not feeling the $758 price tag. I think I’ll just wait until some spectacular sale goes on… that’s if I don’t find something else I want. Ladies, what’s your input on this Coach bag?

Coach Julianne Purse

Coach has been making some pretty bags lately but not only are they still made in China, they have also increased the prices in their handbags quite a bit. One of the handbags I like but have different feelings about is the Julianne. I think the Julianne is a very beautiful handbag but it looks like Coach got their inspiration from fellow rival Louis Vuitton. I’m sure everyone can agree with me that the Julianne resembles the Louis Vuitton Palermo in many ways. The shape, style, and even the strap of the bag says Palermo all over it. One thing the Julianne has beat over the Palermo is the variety of colors it comes in. My personal favorite color is the Magenta, but the Julianne also comes in Black, Expresso, and Teal. Being that the Julianne has a length of 15 inches and a height of 11 inches, it is very spacious and has plenty of room to store all of your essentials.

The Coach Julianne retails for $458, which makes you miss the old Coach days of reasonable prices. The Julianne is a great handbag for this fall, but is a bag that is made in China really worth the $458 price tag? That’s for you to decide, but one thing is for sure, that even if the Coach Julianne looks like the Louis Vuitton Palermo, it still is absolutely stunning.
