Earlier in the year, Jen Garner was photographed all over Boston playgrounds toting a Jansport backpack. While Jansports are fine with the middle school crowd, someone as cute as Jennifer shouldn’t be photographed with it relentlessly. I’m quite glad she left that bag behind and opted for a more grown-up, more elegant Lanvin Hero. This bag fits her style nicely — unfussy and sweet.

Wow. If you had asked me which celeb would be scooping up Prada’s new Ombre handbag, wholesome mom Jennifer Garner would have been at the bottom of the list. Yes, Garner’s a big fan of Prada, but this multi-toned purse is pretty cutting-edge for her. As I’ve said before, I’m not crazy about this particular handbag, although I have to say that Jennifer’s purse looks pretty muted and not as eccentric as the ads seem.
